Callgurad provides a missed-call text-back and lead-capture service for small service businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it. We keep it deliberately short because our product is deliberately small.

1. Information we collect

Account data: your name, business name, email, and phone number, provided when you sign up.

Caller data: when a caller you missed texts with Callgurad, we process their phone number and the messages they send so we can capture the lead and forward it to you.

Usage data: basic logs about how the service is used, kept to keep it reliable and secure.

2. How we use information

We use account and caller data solely to deliver the service: replying to missed callers, capturing lead details, calculating rough estimates from the rates you enter, and notifying you.

We do not sell your data or your callers’ data. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

4. Retention

We retain lead and message data for as long as your account is active so you can review past leads. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support.

5. Your choices

You can update your rates, business details, and forwarding number from your dashboard. You can pause or cancel the service at any time, which stops all automated text-backs.
