By creating a Callgurad account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you’re using Callgurad on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorized to bind that business.
1. The service
Callgurad automatically texts back callers you miss, collects lead details, produces a rough estimate from the rates you configure, and forwards the lead to you. Estimates are approximations for your convenience and are not binding quotes.
2. Your responsibilities
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the rates and business details you enter, and for complying with applicable laws when messaging your callers, including obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to use Callgurad for spam, unsolicited marketing blasts, or any unlawful purpose.
3. Billing
Callgurad is free during our early access beta, so there are no charges today. If we introduce paid plans later, we will tell you in advance and give you a chance to review the pricing before anything changes.
4. Availability
We work hard to keep Callgurad reliable but provide the service “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for missed leads, delayed messages, or business losses resulting from downtime or errors.
5. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
